Load Reports show operational details across shipments.
What to review
- Load number
- Customer
- Carrier
- Origin and destination facility names
- Pickup, delivery, booking, and load-created dates
- Status
- Equipment and load size
- Trailer type or equipment filters
- Revenue, cost, and margin
- Broker, CSR, and assigned users
- Currency for multi-currency teams
- Billing and payment status
- Document readiness such as proof of delivery
Workflow
- Set filters for the question you are answering. Use Facility / Prospect Name to match an origin or destination, or use Origin Name and Destination Name for directional facility searches.
- Review the table.
- Use Broker or CSR filters when reviewing load ownership or service coverage.
- Sort by the most important column, including pickup date, delivery date, booking date, or load-created date.
- Export when needed. CSV exports include Origin Name and Destination Name.
- Open individual loads to correct source data.

Reconciliation
Use load exports to compare operational status against billing queues, settlements, invoices, aging, and cash flow. Check proof of delivery, accessorials, pay amounts, booking date, load-created date, pickup date, and delivery date when a load appears in the wrong report.
