Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is the starting point for daily work. Your role determines which pages, actions, and notifications are available.
Teams
If your organization uses teams and you have access to more than one team, supported dashboard pages show a Teams control.
Use it to choose:
- All teams: show every team you can access.
- One team: focus on one operating group.
- Multiple teams: review a selected set of teams.
The selected team view affects visible records, report results, exports, billing lists, spot quotes, lane history, and new record defaults on supported pages. If a record is missing, switch to All teams or confirm the record belongs to a team you can access.
Main areas
Shipments
- Loads: create, dispatch, track, document, and bill shipments.
- Spot Quotes: prepare customer quotes.
- Compliance: review shipment document readiness.
Network
- Customers: manage customer profiles, contacts, and billing details.
- Carriers: manage carrier profiles, onboarding, compliance, and documents.
- People: manage drivers, dispatchers, and related contacts.
- Locations: maintain reusable pickup and delivery locations.
Finance
- Billing: handle invoices, settlements, payments, holds, and factoring.
- Reports: review financial and operational performance.
Administration
- Settings: manage organization settings, users, permissions, payment terms, billing, and integrations.
Daily workflow
- Review new, changed, or urgent loads.
- Dispatch loads that are ready.
- Check tracking, exceptions, and document status.
- Move delivered loads into billing workflows.
- Review blocked invoices, settlements, and payments.
- Use reports to monitor overdue or high-priority work.
Search and notifications
Use search to find loads, customers, carriers, people, locations, and billing records. Use notifications to open load, billing, tracking, and workflow updates that need attention.
Use the command palette shortcut when available to search records quickly. Results follow your permissions and selected Teams. Location results can match name, address, notes, contact fields, ZIP, or linked customer, and actions may let you copy address, phone, or email.
Open support docs from the question-mark icon or press F1 when the shortcut is available.
If something is missing
Ask an admin to review Permissions and Team Settings if you do not see a page, button, action, or record you need.
