Audit Reports
Audit Reports show sanitized workspace activity for operations, security, payments, integrations, exports, and diagnostics.
What to review
- Activity: business events across loads, customers, carriers, billing, documents, and settings.
- Security: sign-in, access, and administrative events when permitted.
- Payments: invoice, settlement, pay hold, remit profile, and payment activity.
- Integrations: provider sync, EDI, tracking, QuickBooks, and carrier monitoring events.
- Exports: requested audit exports and export status when permitted.
- Diagnostics: technical event context for users with elevated audit access.
Workflow
- Open Reports, then Audits.
- Choose the view that matches the question.
- Set date range, search, and filters.
- Open an event to review details.
- Use domain views when you need load, carrier, payment, integration, or EDI context.
- Export only when your role and company process allow it.
Filters
Common filters include date range, action, visibility, record type, record, user, team, provider, source, and actor type.
Use technical filters such as request id, correlation id, transaction id, and duplicate check key only when support or an admin asks for them.
Permissions
Audit access is permission controlled. Some users can see general activity only. Security, diagnostic, export, and sanitized fact views may require separate audit permissions.
Best practices
Use Audits to answer who changed a record, what happened, when it happened, and which system or user caused the event. Open the source load, carrier, customer, invoice, settlement, or integration record before making corrections.
