Switch from Parade to ARK TMS

Parade and ARK TMS are not like-for-like products. Parade positions itself as a capacity management platform that connects with a brokerage’s TMS, load boards, compliance tools, and other systems. ARK is the core broker operating system. If the goal is to replace Parade, first decide whether you are removing a capacity layer, replacing the underlying TMS, or simplifying both. ARK does not claim to reproduce Parade’s CoDriver or capacity-network automation.

Can a brokerage use ARK TMS and Parade together?

What should be measured before removing Parade?
