Driver Companion App (ARK Tracking): Our mobile application collects and processes location data from your device to enable driver tracking and efficient load assignment. This location data allows us to match drivers with nearby loads and provide real-time visibility to brokers and shippers. We may collect this data even when the app is running in the background if you have granted the necessary permissions, to ensuring accurate tracking during active shipments.
