ARK TMS is $199 per user per month.
What do the optional ARK Tracking and Managed EDI add-ons cost?
ARK Tracking is $2 per billable tracking session. Managed EDI is $349 per connection per month, including 5,000 messages, then $0.05 per additional message.
What does the ARK TMS subscription cover?
ARK TMS manages loads, carriers, documents, billing, and QuickBooks workflows in one system. ARK Tracking and Managed EDI are optional.
Does ARK TMS support QuickBooks Online workflows?
Yes. ARK TMS automatically sends supported accounting records to QuickBooks Online.
Are ARK Tracking and Managed EDI required?
No. ARK Tracking is optional. Use it when you want tracking provided by ARK; otherwise, connect a supported tracking provider. Managed EDI is charged only when you add an EDI connection.
Does ARK offer API access?
ARK's REST API is in private preview for select enterprise customers. Access, scope, rollout timing, and support are defined in a custom agreement.
