Subscription Billing

Subscription Billing manages the organization's ARK TMS billing profile, saved payment method, licenses, invoices, and usage when enabled.

Billing summary

Admins can review:

  • Current subscription status.
  • Billing start date.
  • Subscription amount.
  • Billing contact.
  • Billing address.
  • Saved payment method.
  • License count.
  • Latest invoice.
  • Invoice history.
  • ARK Tracking usage and related charges when enabled.
  • Other usage invoices when included in your plan.

Billing contact and address

Billing contact identifies the person or inbox used for subscription billing. Billing address is the subscription billing address used for payment and invoice records.

Keep this separate from operational customer billing contacts when your accounting team uses a different inbox.

Billing and payment

Saved payment method shows the payment method currently attached to subscription billing. Use the billing portal action to update payment method details, billing contact details, invoices, or license quantity when available.

If User Management blocks adding a user because the license limit has been reached, review the subscription license count from Billing.

Some plans have minimum licenses, custom pricing, usage invoices, or ACH-required payment setup. Contact support when the billing portal does not allow a plan or license change.

Last bill and invoice history

Last bill shows the most recent subscription billing activity. Invoice history lists prior invoices with date, amount, status, and available invoice actions.

Contact support if invoice history, amount due, amount paid, or payment status does not match your records.

ARK Tracking usage

If ARK Tracking is enabled, Billing may show current-month usage, historical usage, and related charges. Review usage before month-end when the team actively uses ARK Tracking.

ARK Tracking billing fields appear only when the tracking module is available to the organization.

Best practices

  • Keep billing contact details current.
  • Review invoice history after plan or license changes.
  • Review license count after user changes.
  • Confirm payment method updates before the next billing date.
  • Review ARK Tracking usage regularly when active.
  • Contact support for subscription, invoice, or payment method discrepancies.
