Truckstop and RMIS Integrations Are Now Available in ARK TMS
ARK TMS connects Truckstop load posting and RMIS carrier onboarding so freight brokers can distribute loads, review provider-supplied carrier evidence, and continue operations in one TMS.
Freight brokers should not have to re-enter an available load in one system, leave the TMS to manage the posting, then reconstruct carrier onboarding context before dispatch. ARK TMS now connects two complementary Truckstop workflows to the operating records brokers already use.
Truckstop load posting and RMIS carrier onboarding are now available in ARK TMS. ARK is also listed in the Truckstop.com Partner Marketplace, giving brokerages a direct path to evaluate the connected workflow.
Two Connections, One Operating Workflow
Truckstop and RMIS support different decisions. Truckstop distributes an available load and returns the posting lifecycle. RMIS supplies carrier onboarding and monitoring information. ARK keeps those actions connected to the load and carrier records that continue through operations.

Post and Manage Truckstop Loads From ARK
Connected users can create a Truckstop posting from an Available load, then return to that same ARK record to update, manually refresh, or remove the posting. Operators can see the posting state and expiration context without keeping a separate load-board checklist.
The posting workflow supports the applicable lane, pickup, equipment, commodity, weight, length, note, and organization-enabled rate fields. Public posting is the default. Private-posting and posted-rate controls appear only when the organization has enabled them.
When a posted load leaves Available status, ARK queues removal from Truckstop and keeps the removal state visible while it completes.
Bring RMIS Carrier Evidence Into Operations
ARK supports an RMIS invitation path and a separate manual-sync path for carriers already in RMIS. Invitation preview accepts DOT or MC/MX. Manual sync accepts RMIS ID, DOT, or MC/MX.
When RMIS supplies the data, ARK can keep certification, compliance, insurance, safety, authority, contacts, agreements, W-9 information, operational profile details, and supported documents with the carrier record. Missing provider data stays missing rather than being inferred.
Manual sync gives the team an on-demand review before approval or assignment. While RMIS onboarding is enabled, automatic Delta sync can process monitored carrier updates in the background.
How the Connected Workflow Works
- Open an Available load in ARK and create the supported Truckstop posting.
- Review posting status, update the posting, or manually refresh it when Truckstop reports that refresh is available.
- Preview an RMIS invitation or manually sync a known RMIS carrier.
- Review provider-supplied carrier evidence before assignment, then dispatch the covered load in ARK.
- Continue through configured shipment tracking, delivery, customer invoicing, and supported QuickBooks Online sync from the ARK load record.
Availability and Setup
Truckstop load posting and RMIS carrier onboarding are live and available for onboarding to ARK TMS customers with the corresponding provider accounts and access.
Truckstop requires an administrator-configured organization connection and a separate Truckstop OAuth connection for every ARK user who will post. RMIS requires the organization’s RMIS Client ID and API password, plus administrator enablement in ARK. Only one carrier onboarding provider can be active at a time.
Truckstop and RMIS accounts, agreements, credentials, and provider fees remain separate from ARK TMS. Exact fields and documents depend on provider access, organization settings, and the data returned for each load or carrier.
